You can find a summary of your transactions by logging into the Portal. The summary report will let you pull a transaction list by day, month or a specific date range you require.
You also have the option to pull a summary report by transaction type, such as declined transactions, with the same date reporting flexibility.
How do I see a summary of my credit card transactions?
- Within the Portal go to Reporting/Analysis > Summary Report.
- Set the Report Period.
- Set the Payment Type.
- Set the Report Type.
- Click ‘Generate Report’.
Good to know:
- Customer names do not appear on the transaction or decline reports.
- Summary reports can only be viewed online or printed.
