If you have a new mobile device, you will need to enroll it in MFA to access the Worldline portal.
To enroll the new device, you will need your administrator reset your MFA to remove your old device.
Here are the steps for your administrator to reset your MFA.
- Sign into the Worldline portal.
- Navigate to Administration > Account Settings > User Settings.
- Select the user that needs MFA to be reset.
- Click continue to access the pop-up with their settings.
- Click on the MFA Reset button.
After your admin has reset MFA on your account, you will follow the steps to enroll your new device. You can find the instructions in our enrollment guide.
