Once a Recurring Billing Profile has processed a payment, you are able to view transactions within the profile. This is helpful when confirming whether a transaction was successful and to see a complete list of transactions that have occurred.
- You must have at least Read Only access to Recurring Billing in order to view a Recurring Billing profile.
How can I see the transaction history of a Recurring Billing Profile?
- Within the Portal go to Processing > Recurring Billing.
- Select the profile.
- Click on ‘History’.
- You will see a list of the transactions that the profile has captured. You can click on any of these transactions to view the transaction details.
Good to know:
- Any transaction completed through a Recurring Billing Profile will show up on the Transaction Report. You can filter to see only these transactions by selecting “Recurring Billing” under “Trn. Source’.
