How to Update Banking Information?

Banking updates involve sensitive financial information. We follow strict verification procedures to protect your account, your funds and prevent unauthorized changes.

Must know:

  • Only an authorized user can submit and/or approve a bank account change.
  • Requests must be submitted using the official PAD Change Form and must be signed by the business owner or an authorized signer listed on the original contract.
  • The company name on the form must match the company name on the void cheque or bank letter exactly.
  • If your settlement processing is not managed by Worldline, you must also contact your payment processor directly to update their banking records.

How to request a bank change?

During the review period, any settlement deposits or monthly fees already scheduled will continue to debit or deposit to the existing bank account on file.

To submit a bank change request, click Submit Bank Change Request to access the support form and enter the following:

  1. Authorized user email address

  2. Merchant ID

  3. Subject: Bank Change Request

  4. Description: Enter reason for bank change

Once we have received the request we will follow up requesting an authorized user to fill out a PAD Change Form and provide a bank verification document, such as a void cheque, bank letter, or recent bank statement. The document must clearly display the account holder’s name and bank account number.

We will review your submission and, if all documentation is valid, update your account and send an email confirmation when completed.

Good to know:

  • If your company name, ownership, or legal structure has recently changed (such as after a sale, merger, or shareholder changes), additional verification or documentation may be required.
  • We will never ask for your online banking credentials (usernames, passwords, one-time codes, etc.) by email, phone, or text. If you receive a message requesting this information, please contact us immediately.
