Your Portal is what you log into through your web browser to process transactions, adjust settings, manage users, access reporting, and update contact information.
Regardless of how you process transactions, you want to make sure you know how to log in to the Portal, as it gives you access to the self-serve options noted above.
Must know:
- Be ready with your login credentials so that you can log in. The login credentials include your company login, user login, and password. If you don’t know this information, please contact our Customer Care team.
- For your security, you’ll be automatically logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity. This will include a s session timeout message.
Good to know:
- Keep the ‘Primary Contact’ information up-to-date under the Company Info page. We verify these details to support your business when you call Customer Care. We also send you important updates and monthly invoices (depending on account type) to the Primary Contact email address listed.
