Secure Payment Profiles allow you to securely store consumer’s payment credentials, from which you can process transactions at any time. You’re also able to view and edit the Secure Payment Profiles you’ve created at any time.
Must know:
- You can have Read Only or Full Access to view your Secure Payment Profiles.
- You must have Full Access to edit your Secure Payment Profiles.
How do I view all my Profiles?
- Within the Portal, go to Processing > Payment Profile. You’ll see a full list of all your profiles.
- If you need to narrow your search, use the search and sort fields, and then hit ‘Enter’ on your keyboard or hit ‘Refresh’.
How do I edit a specific Profile?
- Follow steps 1-2 above.
- Click on the desired profile.
- Edit the field(s) you want to change and then click ‘Update’.
Good to know:
- If you have card validation enabled, adding a new credit card to the profile will initiate a $0.00 or $0.50 pre-authorization transaction to process on that credit card. This pre-authorization validates a credit card because the payment data is sent to the card-issuing bank to authorize.
