How do I use a Secure Payment Profile?

You can process transactions against a Secure Payment Profiles without needing to recollect any payment information.

Must know:

  • You will need Purchase Only or Full Access to process a transaction against a Secure Payment Profile.

How do I use a Secure Payment Profile?

  1. Within the Portal go to Processing > Payment Profiles.
  2. You can use the search filters to find specific profiles:
    • Status – Select Active, Disabled, or Closed profiles.
    • Sort by – Sort by a different criteria.
    • Click ‘Refresh’ to update the profile list.
  3. Click on the ‘billing name’ to view the detailed profile information.
  4. Click 'Process Transaction' to charge the payment profile.
  5. A new window will open to allow you to fill in the details for the transaction.
  6. Click ‘Process’.
