Your monthly invoices are available to you online within the Portal. You will have access to your monthly invoices for 16 months.
To keep a record of your monthly invoices after the 16 months, you will need to download them.
Must know:
- The user will need to have Full Access to the Reporting section to view the account summary monthly invoices.
How do I download my monthly invoice?
- Within the Portal go to Administration > Reporting/Analysis > Monthly Invoice.
- Select the row you would like to download.
- Scroll to the Print or Email option at the bottom of the page.
- From the Print option, select the option to save as a PDF.
Good to know:
- You will be able to specify the email address to send the monthly invoice to when clicking on the email button.
- Most browsers should allow you to save as a PDF when printing.
