These updates will be released on August 18, 2026.
The Portal:
- Rebranding updates were made across the Portal including colours, logos, emails, and text to the Shift4 brand.
- Fixed an error preventing Payment Profile reports from downloading.
- Fixed an error where statements were not sent to some merchants.
API Endpoints:
- As part of the Shift4 consolidation, all API endpoints and web-based portal URLs that previously used Bambora or Beanstream domains have been moved to Shift4-owned domains as of August 25, 2026. This is a branding and infrastructure change only. No functionality is being altered.
- Those integrated can begin updating and testing immediately after this date. Refer to the full endpoint mapping list here and FAQs here. The deadline to migrate is December 31, 2026.
Custom Checkout:
- Released version 2 of the Custom Checkout JS library to support the Shift4 URL updates.
