The following updates will be deployed on November 12, 2025.
Batch Payment Report API:
- New field: Added a new field, Returned Reason, to the Batch Payment Report API response. This field describes the message ID value associated with batch items that have been returned.
- Scope: Applies to ACH, EFT, and Settlement reports.
- Purpose: Provides visibility into the reasons batch items are returned in merchant batch files. Previously, return reasons were only available in the Portal, which can now also be retrieved via the API.

Documentation updates:
- Added tables describing Response states and status values.
- Added a downloadable sheet explaining all possible message IDs, available under the Report fields section for each report.
The Portal:
- Added a security log when Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is degraded. The log can be viewed in the Worldline Portal under Admin > Security Menu.
