Martin Luther King Jr. Day (USA Only) - Jan 19, 2026

If you process any bank-to-bank files you will be affected by bank holidays.

This impacts direct debit, direct payments, EFT, ACH, Sage direct deposit payroll, Sage vendor payments, and Sage pre-authorized debit.

Must know:

  •
    • A US bank holiday only affects those physically in the US. Canadian USD accounts are not affected by this bank holiday.
    • Your settlement lag is included in your initial welcome email. Use it to confirm your credit date for the upcoming bank holiday. If you are unsure, contact Customer Care.
    • Nothing will be processed on the bank holiday.
    • The cutoff time for batch processing is 11 am PST. Your batch files must be uploaded before then to process that day. It is your responsibility to ensure batch files are uploaded on time.
    • You can upload a batch in advance to process on a specific date.
    • We can not guarantee any requests to adjust the credit date.
    • There is a credit date change fee of $100 for approved date change requests.
    • Any line item change is a minimum charge of $50.
