Your statement and other essential daily reports are available in the Portal. When your statement is ready, an email notification will be sent to the primary contact on the account.
Included in the email will be the entire account summary statement which will outline both your transactions and fees for that billing period.
- You need to have Full Access permissions to Reporting to access statements and reporting tools in the online Portal.
- Please note, some account types do not receive a statement through Bambora.
- If you do not see statements under the Reporting/Analysis section in the Portal, then you do not receive statements from Bambora. Please reach out to whoever manages your account typically branded in the top left corner of the online portal.
