Your monthly invoice and other essential daily reports are available in the Portal. When your monthly invoice is ready, an email notification will be sent to the primary contact on the account.
Included in the email will be the entire account summary monthly invoice which will outline both your transactions and fees for that billing period.
- You need to have Full Access permissions to Reporting to access monthly invoices and reporting tools in the online Portal.
- Please note, some account types do not receive a monthly invoice through Bambora.
- If you do not see monthly invoice under the Reporting/Analysis section in the Portal, then you do not receive monthly invoices from Bambora. Please reach out to whoever manages your account typically branded in the top left corner of the online portal.
