Each month you will be provided an account summary monthly invoice. The monthly invoice will give you a break down of the previous month’s activity and fees.
The primary contact on the account will receive the monthly invoice within 10 business days of the end of the month.
You can find this monthly invoice as well as other essential reporting tools within the Portal under reporting/analysis.

- If you did not receive a monthly invoice you can log in to the Portal to see if one has been posted, or reach out to our Customer Care team.
