How do I block certain transactions from processing on my account?

While processing online transactions, fraud can occur. It is up to you to enable the risk tools on your account that effectively work with the way you process transactions.

Transaction Filtering is used to block any transactions that are made from unwanted sources. If you notice suspicious activity occurring from specific IP addresses or credit card numbers on your account, you can block them from processing.

Alternatively, you can allow transactions to process only when they are made from specific IP addresses that you are comfortable with.

Must know:

  • Transaction Filtering only applies to internet orders
  • If you have IP addresses entered in the “Accepted IPs” box, only the listed IPs will be able to process transactions.
