The information stored in your Secure Payment Profiles can be exported in the following file types: Comma Delimited (.csv), Excel Workbook (.xls), Tab Delimited (.txt), or XML (.xml).
You can then use this file to review what is currently saved and/or import the information into another platform or system.
Must know:
- For security purposes the export of Secure Payment Profiles will not include any credit card data. You can contact the Customer Care team if you are looking to export the credit card information.
How can I export my Secure Payment Profiles?
- Within the Portal go to Processing > Payment Profile.
- Click 'Download'.
- Select the file type you prefer via the drop down.
- Click ‘OK’.
