Transaction records have been updated to show the correct bank response messaging for payments processed during the temporary outage on August 22, 2018 between 11:08 am and 11:22 am PDT.
We have also added comments to transactions affected by the outage.
Example: "This transaction was impacted by a processing outage on 08-22-2018.
All information related to this transaction has been updated to the correct data."

As part of our Incident Management Process, our team is holding a debrief over the next 2 days to review what happened and ensure safeguards are in place to prevent the set of circumstances that led to this outage. We will follow up with a formal RCA within 5-10 business days after the debrief.

We experienced a temporary outage for several transactions processed today, Wednesday, August 22. It appears the impact was limited to less than 15 minutes between 11:08-11:22am PDT across a variety of our services.
Our development and IT teams were alerted and have brought the services back online. To confirm, everything is operating as normal.
We are currently investigating root cause analysis and will post related updates here. This will include an RCA (Root Cause Analysis) when it's available.
