Adding a Profile to a transaction
- Log in to the Online Member Area
- On the menu, click reporting/analysis> transaction report.
- To find specific customer profiles, use the search filters to refine your search:
- Status – Select Active, Disabled, or Closed profiles.
- Sort by – Sort by a different criteria.
- Click Refresh.
- Click the line item for the customer transaction. The Transaction Details page opens.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Add to Payment Profiles.
- Enter a Customer Code and verify the customer contact details as prompted.
- Click Add Account.
- When the confirmation dialog box opens, click Okay.
