After a purchase is made, customers are directed to a Return Approved page or a Return Declined page. By default, these pages are set to one of Bambora's predetermined URLs. You can change these settings.
Customizing the Default Response Page
Send an email message to Bambora Customer Experience and let them know you want to customize these pages. They will send you the code to change the look and feel of these pages to match the rest of your site.
Setting the Approval and Declined Response pages
- On the menu, click administration> account settings> order settings. Transaction Response Pages is the first section.
- In the Approval Redirect field, enter the full URL for the Approved page.
- In the Decline Redirect field, enter the full URL for the Declined page.
