The Card Validation option is only available for some Bambora merchant account clients.
- Log in to the Online Member Area.
- On the menu, click reporting/analysis, and select transaction report.
- Use the Search and Sort options in the Transaction report to find the original pre-authorization.
- Click Refresh.
- Select the pre-authorisation transaction.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Pre-auth Completion or Cancel Authorization.
