When you delete an account, you permanently remove the customer's Recurring Billing Profile from the Bambora system. This action should be performed with caution to avoid losing data.
- On the menu, click processing> recurring billing in the Online Member Area
- Locate the account using the Search and Sort fields.
- Find the account and click the line item. The Billing Profile page opens.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Delete button.
- Click OK to confirm.
